The registration system collects, processes and stores personal data provided in the system for the purpose of organizing an event, while personal data may be shared with third parties for security purposes.
Personal data will be deleted from the system three weeks after the event, in accordance with the requirements of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.
